Everything in one place

Customer email, forms and portal questions become tickets in the same inbox. Nobody has to dig through a shared mailbox to find out who already answered what.

Rules do the routine work

Share tickets out automatically, send a reminder after a few quiet days and watch response times during working hours. You keep your attention on the question itself.

Insight without a spreadsheet

See how much comes in, how fast you answer and how happy customers are. Download the figures, or have them emailed every Monday.

Everything Tiqvero does

A helpdesk is more than an inbox. Here is what is in it, by topic.

  • Tickets and email

Customer email becomes a ticket. Your reply goes back as ordinary email. Internal notes stay internal.

  • Rules and automation

Triggers react to every ticket, automations work on time, for example after three days without a reply.

  • Keep your promises

Set target times for first reply and resolution, during working hours. See what is about to be late.

  • Smart sharing out

In turn, to the least busy colleague, or to whoever has the right skill, such as the customer’s language.

  • Portal and form

Customers follow their questions and rate the answer. On your own site: a contact form with spam protection.

  • Help center

Articles in several languages, with search and suggestions while a customer types a question.

  • Six languages

The workspace, the emails and the help center in Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish and Italian.

  • Reports

Volume, response times, resolution times and satisfaction. Download as CSV or have them emailed weekly.

  • Working together

Mentions with @name, notifications, tabs for open tickets and drafts that are not lost.

  • Secure and in control

Two-step sign-in, roles with fine-grained permissions, a log of changes, and backup and restore.

  • Integrations

A REST API, signed webhooks, API tokens and OAuth for your own systems.

  • Your webshop on the ticket

See the orders of the person who wrote in, from WooCommerce, Shopify or Magento, and put an order in your reply with one click.

  • A help button for your site

One line of script puts a button on your website: search the help center, or write to you. Nothing loads until a visitor opens it.

  • Your own look

Your logo and your colour on the help center, the sign-in page and the customer portal.

  • AI help, if you want it

Summaries, reply drafts and translations as suggestions. Off until you switch them on.

What it looks like

The ticket

Answer from a single screen

Every message sits in its conversation. Internal notes are for your team only, and with @name a colleague is notified at once.

  • Replies go back to the customer as ordinary email
  • A half-written reply is kept when you move to another ticket
  • Search with words or with a search language, and save views
  • Ctrl+K to jump around, shortcuts for the rest

Rules and promises

Let the system watch your promises

Decide what happens when a ticket arrives or sits too long, and how fast you want to respond. On every ticket you see how much time is left.

  • Triggers on every new or changed ticket
  • Automations on time, for example after three quiet days
  • Target times for first reply and resolution, during working hours
  • Sharing out in turn, by workload or by skill

For your customers

Customers help themselves, and you when they need to

A help center with search, a portal to follow questions and a contact form for your own website.

  • Articles in several languages, with suggestions while typing
  • Customers follow their questions and rate the answer
  • A form for your site that never mails strangers on its own
  • Satisfaction questions afterwards, with the figures in your reports

Your webshop

See what the customer ordered, right next to the question

Connect WooCommerce, Shopify or Magento and every ticket shows the orders of the person who wrote in: what, when, how it stands and the tracking number.

  • Asked of your shop when you look: nothing is copied into the helpdesk
  • One click puts an order in your reply
  • Only orders under the customer’s own email address are shown
  • A shop that does not answer is named, so you never mistake it for “no orders”

How you start

We help you get going, from the first address to the first rules.

  1. We set up your helpdesk

On an address of its own, with your email address in it. After that you can receive and answer customer email straight away.

  2. Your team and your rules

Colleagues, groups, working hours and promises you set up yourself, in plain language.

  3. Answer from one place

Customer email becomes a ticket. Your reply goes back as ordinary email, and the customer can simply write back.

Secure, and always under your control

A helpdesk holds what customers trust you with. So you can shield it, read back what changed and take it with you.

  • Two-step sign-in

Ask for a code from an authenticator app when people sign in, for admins or for the whole team.

  • Roles and permissions

Decide per role who may do what: see tickets, delete, merge or edit the help center.

  • A log

Every change to the settings, by whom and when, is in a log you cannot edit from inside the helpdesk.

  • Backup and restore

Download everything in one file and put it back if you need to. Your data stays yours.

  • A database of its own

Every helpdesk has its own walled-off database and its own address.

  • AI only if you want it

Summaries and reply drafts are off until you switch them on. They are suggestions: nothing goes to a customer without you. Settings shows what is sent.

Frequently asked questions

Who is Tiqvero for?

For teams that have outgrown a shared mailbox: web shops, installation and service companies, agencies and anyone who answers customer questions with more than one person.

Can I keep my own email address?

In most cases yes: your customers keep writing to the same address and we make sure it ends up in the helpdesk. Exactly how depends on where your domain is managed. We settle that beforehand.

Which languages does it work in?

Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish and Italian. That goes for your team’s workspace, the emails to customers and the help center.

Where is my data?

Every helpdesk has its own walled-off database on Cloudflare’s network. At any moment you can download everything in one file.

What if I want to stop?

You download a backup with everything in it: people, tickets, rules, help center and settings. The file is yours.

What about AI?

AI help is off by default. If you switch it on, you get suggestions for summaries, replies, translations and sorting. A person decides what is sent. Settings shows exactly what goes to the model. It runs on Cloudflare, which does not promise a country, so if customer text must stay inside the EU, leave it off.

Can it connect to other systems?

Yes, with a REST API, signed webhooks, API tokens and OAuth. For reporting outside the helpdesk there are exports you can fetch again and again.

Does it work with my webshop?

Yes, for WooCommerce, Shopify and Magento. You give the helpdesk a read-only key from your shop, and from then on every ticket shows the orders of the person who wrote in. Nothing is copied: the helpdesk asks your shop when you look.

Can I move my help center from Zendesk?

Yes: give the address of your Zendesk help center and its articles come across, pictures included. Tickets are not part of that yet.

What does it cost?

The price depends on the number of people who answer tickets. Get in touch and you will receive a proposal.
